She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida in 2016 and attended the University of Florida where she completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2020 with a specialty in pediatric acute care. Leah completed her final practicum at a pediatric cystic fibrosis, pulmonary, and sleep clinic in Orlando, Florida, and her final DNP project focused on the evaluation of an inpatient asthma pathway protocol in a pediatric hospital. For the last 3 years, Leah has worked in the pediatric critical care environment.
Leah moved to Patrick Air Force Base as a teenager in 2000 with her family and has lived in Brevard County ever since. She attended Cocoa Beach Jr./Sr. High School where she met her future husband. She currently lives in Palm Bay, Florida, with her husband and three daughters. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, drawing, and spending quality time with her family. She is extremely excited to serve her community with the Children’s Lung, Asthma and Sleep Specialists.
She will be working at the Melbourne and Port St Lucie office.
